We're a husband and wife team operating from purpose built premises, We personally oversee every stage of the embroidery and printing process.
Ray has been digitizing logos since 1987. His reputation and eye for detail is only equalled by his desire to create perfect embroidered logos. His skill set includes design, digitizing, printing, sales and quality control.
Beckie ticks all the other boxes. She has also been in the industry since 1987, a highly skilled embroidery machinist who not only runs all the designs, she also handles all the logistical and administration involved required to run a successful business.
Being a small business, they understand the difficulties other small businesses face in time management and always work to their customers requirements. Embroider It - big enough to cope, small enough to care.
How do I place an order?
The best way to place an order is to email over a list of your requirements. All we need are the product codes, quantities, colours of the garments and sizes you want them in. Attach your logo and give a brief description of what you're looking for. We will email back with a detailed quote and any information you need to proceed with your order.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes! You need to order a minimum or 8 garments to get your logo set up for free. We will let you order less - but you will have to pay to have your logo set up. We charge £20.00+vat for a left chest sized logo and £50.00+vat for a large back logo.
Can I have more than one logo on my garments?
Yes! Send over all the images of the logos along with where you want them placed on the garments. We can embroider or print the logos, so let us know what you would like.
I need some polo shirts by the weekend - is this possible?
Yes! Our standard turnaround time is 8-10 working days from cleared payment. We offer an Express service - this usually takes 3-5 days. If stock is available we have been know to turn orders around even quicker than this. Express service is charged at a premium rate. Email for more information.
I have never ordered like this before - how do I know I can trust you?
Most of our customers ask this question. It's a difficult one to answer quickly. We have been in this industry for over 60 years. We're only interested in long term relationships. We offer to set your logo up for free on your first order. This is a costly exercise and we know so we don't make a profit on the first order. This means it's in every ones interest in our company doing a good job. We want you to come back and use us again and again. The odd recommendation is always nice and you only get those if you do a good job!
Can I have a sample, before I place a larger order?
Yes! We do offer a plain sample service. We ask for a small deposit to cover the costs of the sample. This fee is redeemed if the garment is returned in perfect condition and used as part of the order. We will embroider or print samples, but there is a premium price for this service. I already have some garments - Will you embroider them for me?
Yes! We do offer this sort of embroidery service. We will also print them if required.
